60min Lower Body Massage is tailored for people suffering from tension/pain in the lower back and hip area, ITB pain, Knee pain. Very useful for runners/athletes willing to loosen up and maintaining good muscle balance during training. It includes lower back and legs bodywork (Gluts, Hamstrings, Quads, Calves and Feet). A range techniques are used depending on the needs of the clients. Normally I use a mix of Relaxing Techniques, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue and Connective Tissue Massage + Active/Passive Stretching.
